Project manage and organize the administration of the
In Frame project, a grant-funded initiative to increase the accessibility and diversity of archival collections. -
Facilitate the communications between the seven major film institutions of the In Frame project, including the Library of Congress, the AFI, and MoMA.

Collaborate with the project's core team to develop methodologies and workflows, present the project internally and externally, and hire community consultants and researchers.
-
Work in the office of the Executive Vice President of the Library, Archive and SciTech Council on matters related to cultural equity, accessibility, inclusion, and diversity.

Manage the calendar and communications of In Frame alongside those of the office of the Executive Vice President, the public programming inbox, and the SciTech Awards.
-
Assist with the production of the Scientific and Technical awards, including reviewing submissions and clip packages, organizing the arrivals process, and managing the twelve-person check-in team.
-
Assist the Oral History department by reviewing clips packages for theatrical presentation and approvals.
-
Quality control external submissions for the Academy Screening Room and manage the check-in and arrivals teams for the Scientific and Technical Awards.
-
Work with talent on the red carpet and the winners' walk at both the Scientific and Technical Awards and the Academy Awards.
